Chapter II · The big day
The day the house changed size. Exact time, weight, height, the newspaper of the day they arrived, and that first photo the whole family asked for in the group chat — kept in the right place, in high quality.
Chapter III · Eleven months
Then the first tooth, the first “mama”, the first time at the sea. Every milestone becomes a chapter, with date, photo and the WHO growth curve showing how much they’ve grown since that little dot.
A simple panel to handle everything from your phone, with no website know-how. The family just opens it and gets emotional.

Photos, videos, milestones and notes are kept in high quality, organized by month on the timeline.
Send the private link to parents, grandparents and godparents: each one gets their own access and adds photos and messages.
The timeline, the growth curve and the Little Corner fill themselves in with every new thing you record.
Your own address, a site installable as a phone app and a notice for every update — with the whole family close by.
Every plan includes a private site, the full panel, an installable app and email support. Pix, card in up to 12 installments or boleto — and you can change plans anytime.

Questions
By default, only people you approve. Family members request access or receive an email invite. You can also make the site open, if you want.
You can request deletion at any time through support — we reply within 15 days, as LGPD requires. Before that, you can export everything as a ZIP from the site panel.
We only collect what the site needs, keep it securely, never sell data, and you have the right to access, correct, export and delete it — just ask support.
We follow LGPD: encrypted passwords, private files and access only for people you allow. You can request deletion at any time.

Yes — on the Premium plan you can use an address like ourfamily.com. On the others, the address is yourbaby.ubaby.com.br.
We remind you before the due date. If the plan expires the site goes down, but memories are kept for 90 days so you can renew or download everything.
Pix, card in up to 12 installments and boleto, through Mercado Pago. In the Android app, purchases go through Google Play (coming soon). Details on the payments and refunds page.
As soon as the payment is confirmed. Pix and card usually take a few minutes; boleto, up to 3 business days after payment.
Purchases made on the site can be cancelled within 7 days for a full refund (Brazilian Consumer Code, art. 49). Write to support with your account email — the refund is processed by Mercado Pago to the same payment method. See the payments and refunds page.
Yes — we issue an invoice (NFS-e) for payments. If you need a copy or a resend, contact support with your account email.
The Ubaby app for Android and iOS is on its way. Meanwhile, add the site to your phone’s home screen — it works like an app, and news arrives by email.
Ubaby speaks Portuguese, English, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, German and French. Switch languages with the flag selector in the footer of any page.
Only people you invite with edit permission. Other guests can only view, like and comment.
Yes — we keep an activity history (who did what and when, with date and time) on the family site and in the panel, visible to administrators. It is part of our privacy policy.
In “My account” access is by a magic link sent to your email — no password. On the family site, each member creates their own password when accepting the invite.
